Far Meadow Transformation

We've observed how our community uses the Far Meadow area, and we hope to make it even better! Thanks to a grant from Prosper Portland, plans are in motion to add a more colorful planting area to the berm, update the play cottage with a new mural, add additional seating, and create a small stage to enhance our music, theatre, and educational programming. We’re also adding more pathways and shifting the education tent slightly to the north, creating space for improved entrances that will enhance accessibility and flow.

This evolving vision, created in partnership with Land Morphology, serves as a flexible guide, allowing us to adapt and incorporate new ideas as funding opportunities arise. With each thoughtful addition, we aim to create a more welcoming and inspiring space for all who visit. Stay tuned for updates as these plans take shape!

If you are interested in helping with this project, please consider joining our Wednesday volunteer crew or making a donation.
